An Australian private limited liability company can have only one director and shareholder. The ABN of the new Australian company must be applied separately because ATO and ASIC are two independent government agencies. Of course, you can also entrust us to register the ABN and TFN of the Australian company for you.
5.
Australian companies can be cancelled. If your Australian company is no longer in use, you need to log off within 28 days. To cancel the company, a certificate of the decision of the company’s board of directors must be issued (after the application for registration of the company begins, the fees paid by you cannot be refunded).
